Matawaia Tribal Committee Area
All that area bounded by a line commencing at the northern
corner of Motatau No. 14B Block, in Block III, Motatau Survey
District; thence southerly generally along the boundary of the
Motatau Tribal Committee Area, hereinbefore described, to the
boundary of the Kawakawa Tribal District; thence westerly,
northerly, north-easterly, and north-westerly along that boundary
to the southern boundary of the Otiria Tribal Committee Area
hereinbefore described; thence easterly along that boundary and
the boundary of the Pokapu Tribal Committee Area, hereinbefore
described, to the northern corner of Motatau No. 14B Block, the
point of commencement.

THE following special order made by the Manai'a Town Board
on the 6th day of February, 1947, is published in accordance
with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT the Board, in pursuance of the powers on it conferred by
section 4 of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, doth hereby declare
the undermentioned plants to be noxious weeds in the area within
the Board’s jurisdiction :—
Cape Weed or Cape Daisy (Cryplostemma calendulaceum).
Gorse (Ulex europaeus).
Hemlock (Conium maculatum).
Lupin (Lupinus arboreus).
Ox-eye Daisy (Chrysanthemum leucanthemum).
Pennyroyal (Mentha pulegium).
Pussy Willow (Salix caprea).

accordance with the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, in pursuance of the provisions of the Noxious Weeds Act,
1928, and any amendments thereto, the Coromandel County Council
hereby declares that the plant known as Hemlock (Conium macu-
latum) to be a noxious weed within the aforesaid county.
