At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 12th day of

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have
been duly set apart for hospital purposes: And whereas in
the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said
reserves in the Waikato Hospital Board:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the
powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the
Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby
declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the reserves
described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Waikato
Hospital Board, in trust, for hospital purposes.

ALL that area in the Borough of Te Aroha, containing by admeasure-
ment 4 acres 3 roods 31 perches, more or less, being part Section 91,

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 12th day of
March, 1947
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS it is provided by section thirty-one of the Fire
Brigades Act, 1926 (hereinafter called the said Act), that the
Governor-General in Council may, on the application of any Fire
Board established under the Fire Brigades Act, 1926, extend the
powers of that Board to borrow moneys in excess of the limits fixed
by the said section:
And whereas application has been made by the Hamilton Fire
Board for such increase in the borrowing-powers of the said Board
as provided by the said section thirty-one, and it is desirable to
grant such request:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers
and authorities vested in him by the said Act, and acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby declare that the powers of the said Board
to borrow moneys in excess of the limits fixed by the said section
thirty-one are hereby extended, but so as not to exceed the sum
of twenty-one thousand pounds; provided that no moneys as afore-
said shall be borrowed except subject to the provisions of the Fire
Brigades Act, 1926, and its amendments.

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth
hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Bulls Town
Board on the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-six, viz. :—
“ That the Bulls Town Board, being the local authority
having the control of the streets hereinafter mentioned, hereby
resolves and declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply
to the northern side of portion of Criterion Street fronting
subdivision of Sections 66, 86, 85, and part 84 of Block A,
Deeds Plan 479, being part Block III, Rangitikei District,
Block XI, Rangitoto Survey District, of the Town of Bulls ” ;
such portion of street being described in the Schedule hereto.

THE north-western side of all that portion of street situated in
the Wellington Land District, Town District of Bulls, known as
Criterion Street, fronting Section 85 and part Section 84, Block A,
Town of Bulls, Deeds Plan 479, Block III, Rangitikei District. As

P.W.D. 124482, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

PURSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the
Nelson City Council on the nineteenth day of December, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-six, viz. :—
“ That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority
having control of the streets in the City of Nelson, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply—firstly, to the south-eastern side of the portion of
Brunner Street adjoining Sections 1053, 1054, and 1055, City
of Nelson; secondly, to the south-western side of the portion
of Tukuka Street adjoining the said Section 1055 and Section 1,
Block D, Wakatu, City of Nelson; and, thirdly, to the north-
western side of the portion of the unnamed public street
adjoining the said Section 1, Block D, Wakatu, the whole of
the lands referred to herein being comprised and described in
Certificate of Title, Volume 52, folio 198 (Nelson Registry) ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side
of the portion of Brunner Street, the south-western side of the
portion of Tukuka Street, or the north-western side of the portion
of an unnamed street off Tukuka Street (described in the Schedule
hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines
of the said portions of streets.
