THE Minister of Marine has, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section 29 of the Statutes Amendment Act, 1946, appointed

to be Honorary Officer for the Rotorua Acclimatization District for the purposes of Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908, to hold office until the 31st day of March, 1947.

3-per-cent. New Zealand Government Stock maturing on 15th September, 1948, with option of Redemption on or after 15th September, 1946
WALTER NASH, Minister of Finance, in exercise of the option reserved to the Minister of Finance in the Prospectus dated the 15th day of May, 1941, hereby give notice to holders of the securities abovementioned that the said securities will be repaid at par on the 15th day of March, 1947, together with interest for the period 15th September, 1946, to the 15th March, 1947. Interest on the securities will then cease.
