Notice of Intention to take Land in Block VII, Belmont Survey District, for Post and Telegraph Purposes
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a post-office and a postmaster’s residence—and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Tawa Flat and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 1 rood 0·02 perches.
Being Lots 27 and 28, D.P. 10302, and being part Section 43, Porirua District.
Situated in Block VII, Belmont Survey District.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124551, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Notice of Intention to take Land, together with and subject to certain Rights, in the City of Auckland, for Public Buildings of the General Government
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the party-wall rights appurtenant thereto granted by Deed No. 322531 (R. 408/714), Auckland Land Registry, and subject to the party-wall rights granted by Memorandum of Transfer No. 169696, Auckland Land Registry, for public buildings of the General Government: And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the takings of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 1 rood 22 perches.
Being Allotment 11 of Section 30, City of Auckland, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 309, folio 213 (Auckland Land Registry), and situated at the corner of Cook and Vincent Streets, Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for housing purposes: And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land required to be taken is deposited in the post-office at Rotorua and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land required to be taken: 6 acres 3 roods 3·3 perches.
Being part of the land on Deposited Plan 11895, being Allotment 3 and part Allotment 2 of Section 3 of Small Lots near Panmure, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 606, folio 45 (Auckland Land Registry).
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 124216, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
