✨ Milk Delivery Scheme Amendment



The Gisborne Milk Delivery Scheme, 1942, Amendment No. 3

PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1945,* the Minister of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows :—

  1. This notice may be cited as the Gisborne Milk Delivery Scheme 1942, Amendment No. 3, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Gisborne Milk Delivery Scheme, 1942† (hereinafter referred to as the principal scheme).

  2. Clause (8) of the principal scheme as amended is hereby revoked, and the following clause substituted therefore :—

" (8) Subject to the foregoing provisions of this scheme, the persons hereinafter described may deliver milk, wholesale or retail, to the areas allocated to them as follows, and not otherwise :—
