The Stratford Milk Delivery Notice 1942, Amendment No. 2
PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1945,* the Minister of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows :—

This notice may be cited as the Stratford Milk Delivery Notice 1942, Amendment No. 2, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Stratford Milk Delivery Notice 1942† (hereinafter referred to as the principal scheme).

Clause 6 of the principal scheme is hereby amended by revoking the words “A. Lilley, Stratford,” and substituting the words “D. Williamson, Stratford.”

The Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1946, Amendment No. 4
PURSUANT to the Milk Delivery Emergency Regulations 1945,* the Minister of Marketing doth hereby give notice as follows :—

This notice may be cited as the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1946, Amendment No. 4, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Hamilton Milk Delivery Notice 1946† (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

Clause (7) of the principal notice is hereby amended as follows :—
(a) By revoking the words “J. L. Dyke, Knighton Road, Hamilton East,” in relation to Zone 16, and substituting the words “Peters and Pollard, East Street, Claudelands.”
(b) By revoking the words “R. E. Lord, 9 Silliarv Street, Hamilton East,” in relation to Zone 10, and substituting the words “Findlay and Cummings, 64 Galloway Street, Hamilton.”

Manufacture for Sale of Footwear
M. Davis, Egmont Street, Patea, has applied for a license to manufacture ladies’ coloured wedgie sandals.
Retail Sale and Distribution of Motor-spirit
A. M. Dick and J. B. Goulter, Owhango Motors, Owhango, have applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from two pumps to be installed on garage premises at Owhango.
C. E. H. Cornish and E. H. Tweedy (by Watts and McKay, Barristers and Solicitors, Christchurch), have applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from four pumps to be installed on proposed garage and service-station premises to be erected in Springston.
McFarlane and Avery, Ltd., Broadway, Picton, has applied for variation of the conditions of their existing motor-spirits reseller’s license to permit the sale of motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises in High Street in lieu of garage premises in Broadway, Picton.
Wilkinson and Co., Ltd., Cambridge, has applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed inside garage premises in Duke Street, Cambridge.
W. G. Freese, Omapere, has applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on carrier’s premises at Omapere.
Hospital Bus Co., Ltd., 77 Carlton-Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland, has applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed on garage premises at 77 Carlton-Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
P. G. Gavey and K. O. Ragarslford (by Bunny and Gillespie, Barristers and Solicitors, Box 63, Hutt City), have applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from service-station premises proposed to be erected on the corner of White’s Line and Wainui Road, Hutt City.
Haines Motors, Ltd., P.O. Box 1116, Christchurch, has applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed inside garage premises at the corner of Manchester and Gloucester Streets, Christchurch.
M. S. McDonald, 40 Bryce Street, Hamilton, has applied for a license to resell motor-spirit from one pump to be installed inside garage premises at 40 Bryce Street, Hamilton.
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to be materially affected by the decisions of the Bureau of Industry on these applications should, not later than the 7th day of November, 1946, submit any written evidence and representations they may desire to tender. All communications should be addressed to the Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 3025, Wellington.
