MOUNT WELLINGTON ROAD BOARD
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Mount
Wellington Road Board hereby resolves as follows:
“ That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £374 (being part of a joint special loan of £12,500,
to be known as the ‘Auckland Suburbs Joint Transit Housing
Loan, 1946’), authorized to be raised by the Mount Wellington
Road Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of
taking over and converting, with associated local bodies, Camp
Bunn at Tamaki for a transit housing scheme, the said Mount
Wellington Road Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of
0·01 pence in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of
the capital value) of all rateable property in the Road Board of
Mount Wellington; and that such special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable
yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the
currency of such loan, being a period of ten years or until the loan
is fully paid off.”

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the New Lynn
Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“ That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £401 (being part of a joint special loan of
£12,500, to be known as the 'Auckland Suburbs Joint Transit
Housing Loan, 1946'), authorized to be raised by the New Lynn
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose
of taking over and converting, with associated local bodies, Camp
Bunn at Tamaki for a transit housing scheme, the said New Lynn
Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·125d.
in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved
value) of all rateable property in the Borough of New Lynn; and
that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July
in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a
period of ten years or until the loan is fully paid off.”

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Newmarket
Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“ That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £539 (being part of a joint special loan of
£12,500, to be known as the 'Auckland Suburbs Joint Transit
Housing Loan, 1946'), authorized to be raised by the Newmarket
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose
of taking over and converting, with the associated local bodies,
Camp Bunn at Tamaki for a transit housing scheme, the said New-
market Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of
one-seventh of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value (on
the basis of annual value) of all rateable property in the Borough
of Newmarket; and that such special rate shall be payable yearly
on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of
such loan, being a period of ten years or until the loan is fully paid
off.”

NORTHCOTE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Northcote
Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“ That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £286 (being part of a joint special loan of £12,500,
to be known as the 'Auckland Suburbs Joint Transit Housing Loan,
1946'), authorized to be raised by the Northcote Borough Council
under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of taking over and
converting, with associated local bodies, Camp Bunn at Tamaki for
a transit housing scheme, the said Northcote Borough Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of decimal nought five pence (0·05d.)
in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of unimproved value)
of all rateable property in the Borough of Northcote; and that such
special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
such loan and be payable yearly on the 7th day of August in each and
every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten
years or until the loan is fully paid off.”

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Onehunga
Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“ That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £1,449 (being part of a joint special loan of
£12,500, to be known as the 'Auckland Suburbs Joint Transit
Housing Loan, 1946'), authorized to be raised by the Onehunga
Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose
of taking over and converting, with associated local bodies, Camp
Bunn at Tamaki for a transit housing scheme, the said Onehunga
Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1/6d.
in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved
value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Onehunga; and
that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July
in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a
period of ten years or until the loan is fully paid off.”

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that
behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the One Tree Hill
Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“ That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £1,514 (being part of a joint special loan of
£12,500, to be known as the 'Auckland Suburbs Joint Transit
Housing Loan, 1946'), authorized to be raised by the One Tree
Hill Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the
purpose of taking over and converting, with associated local bodies,
Camp Bunn at Tamaki for a transit housing scheme, the said
One Tree Hill Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special
rate of 0·21 of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of
all rateable property in the Borough of One Tree Hill; and that
such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the
currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of
July in each and every year during the currency of such loan,
being a period of ten years or until the loan is fully paid off.”

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf
by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Manukau County
Council hereby resolves as follows:
“ That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £518 (being part of a joint special loan of £12,500,
to be known as the 'Auckland Suburbs Joint Transit Housing Loan,
1946'), authorized to be raised by the Manukau County Council
under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of taking over and
converting, with associated local bodies, Camp Bunn at Tamaki for
a transit housing scheme, the said Manukau County Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of one three-hundredths of a penny
(1/300d.) in the pound (£) upon the rateable value (on the basis of
the capital value) of all rateable property in the County of Manukau;
and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during
the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of
July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being
a period of ten years or until the loan is fully paid off.”
