NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

N OTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between DAVID PATTERSON and GEOFFREY SPICER KEAN, both of Napier, as Wool, Skin, and Hide Buyers, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of August, 1946.

BIRKENHEAD BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Birkenhead Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :—

"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £424 (being part of a joint special loan of £12,500, to be known as the ‘Auckland Suburbs Joint Transit Housing Loan, 1946’), authorized to be raised by the Birkenhead Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of taking over and converting, with associated local bodies, Camp Bunn at Tamaki for a transit housing scheme, the said Birkenhead Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·05d. in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Birkenhead; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten years or until the loan is fully paid off."

DEVONPORT BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926, the Devonport Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :—

"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £1,285 (being part of a joint special loan of £12,500, to be known as the ‘Auckland Suburbs Joint Transit Housing Loan, 1946’), authorized to be raised by the Devonport Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of taking over and converting, with associated local bodies, Camp Bunn at Tamaki for a transit housing scheme, the said Devonport Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-twentieth of a penny (1/20d.) upon the rateable value (on the basis of unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Devonport; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten years or until the loan is fully paid off."

MOUNT ALBERT BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1926, the Mount Albert Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :—

"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £2,667 (being part of a joint special loan of £12,500, to be known as the 'Auckland Suburbs Joint Transit Housing Loan, 1946'), authorized to be raised by the Mount Albert Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of taking over and converting, with associated local bodies, Camp Bunn at Tamaki for a transit housing scheme, the said Mount Albert Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0·017 pence in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of capital value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Mount Albert; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten years or until the loan is fully paid off."
