Allocating Land taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Street at Mosgiel

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Waitaki-Bluff Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a street :
Now, therefore, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and twenty-six of the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Mosgiel Borough Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster's residence) ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
