A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Bernard Cyril Freyberg, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :—

A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 3 30 Part Allotment 31, Horotiu Parish ; and Crown land.
0 3 18 Lot 2 on D.P. 10847, being part Allotment 223, Pukete Parish ; and Crown land.

Situated in Block XV, Newcastle Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32812.)

In the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123557, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of July, 1946.

In the Otago Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123305, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of July, 1946.
