Excluding Land from the Waikato Development Scheme

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it effects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 6th day of December, 1940, and published in Gazette No. 125 of the 12th day of the same month at page 3703, whereby the said land was, inter alia, declared to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Waikato Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of Native land in the Waikato-Maniapoto Native Land Court District, situate in Block V, Maramarua Survey District, and known as Onewhereo Lot 20B Block, containing 72 acres 0 roods 22 perches, more or less, being the whole of the land in certificate of title, Vol. 691, folio 180 (Auckland Registry).

Dated at Wellington, this 13th day of June, 1946.

Excluding Land from the Maketu Development Scheme

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 4 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, the Board of Native Affairs hereby revokes, so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, a certain notice dated the 5th day of June, 1946, and published in Gazette No. 38 of the 6th day of the same month at page 772, whereby the said land was, inter alia, declared to be subject to Part I of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1936, and such land is hereby excluded from the Maketu Development Scheme.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area of Native land in the Waiariki Native Land Court District, situate in Block IV, Maketu Survey District, and known as Maketu A 98A Block, containing 2 acres 2 roods 14 perches, more or less.

Dated at Wellington, this 14th day of June, 1946.
