Declaring Road in Block VII, Ongo Survey District, to be Government Road

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government Road.

SCHEDULE

Situated in Block VII, Ongo Survey District (S.O. 21130).

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119519, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in Council dated the twentieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-two, and published in the Gazette of the twenty-second day of that month, and doth hereby appoint—

Andrew William Coleman,
Allister Stuart Lambert,
Stanley Norman Guiniven,
John Alexander McAlley, and
John Leslie Lambert

to be the Poukiore Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, at two o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Poukiore Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—POUKIORE DOMAIN

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 16 acres 3 roods and 8 perches, more or less, being part of Section 35, Block XV, Tiri-raukawa Survey District: Bounded towards the north by Kiekie Road; towards the east by Section 38, Block XV, Tiri-raukawa Survey District; towards the south by Subdivision 13 on D.P. 509, being part of Poukiore No. 1; and towards the west by Section 36, Block XV, Tiri-raukawa Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/352B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

to be the Waipori Falls Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the seventeenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the City Council Chambers, The Octagon, Dunedin, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
