SCHEDULE
WAIPORI FALLS DOMAIN.—OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
All that area containing 6 acres 1 rood 7 perches, more or less,
being part of Section 51, Block VIII, Waipori Survey District,
commencing at a point on the Waipori River, 11171·15 links east
and 5338·67 links south of Trig. C, Waipori Survey District; thence
towards the north-west by the said Waipori River, 1410 links; and
towards the north-east, south-east, and south-west by other part of
aforesaid Section 51, 444·24 links, 1338·43 links, and 280·38 links
respectively.: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the
same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 437B, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington,
and thereon bordered red.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Waipipi Parish, North
Auckland Land District

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been
duly set apart for a landing reserve: And whereas it is
expedient that the purpose of the reservation over such land shall
be changed to a reserve for recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by
subsection one (a) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains,
and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that the purpose
of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby changed
from a landing reserve to a reserve for recreation purposes.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public
Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency
the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation
for the uses of the provincial Government and for other public
purposes and particularly for a police-station over the land described
in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land,
being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under
the Land Act, 1924.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
All that area containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods and
31·3 perches, more or less, being part of Reserve 1263, situated in
Block IV, Otaio Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards
the north by the Timaru Water-race Reserve No. 740, 791·6 links;
towards the north-east generally by parts of Sections 23, 22, 21,
and 9 of said Reserve 1263 by distances aggregating 3382·5 links;
towards the south-east by a public road, 27·1 links, and towards
the south-west generally by other parts of Sections 21, 22, and 23
of said Reserve 1263, and by the Timaru Water-race Reserve No.
740 by distances aggregating 4666·6 links.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 2 acres 2 roods
5· perches, more or less, being part of Reserve 1263, situated in
Block IV, Otaio Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards
the south-west and south-east by Rural Section 9116, 513·2 links
and 583·9 links respectively, and towards the west and north-east
generally by a public road by distances aggregating 2763·8 links.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 11·5 perches,
more or less, being part of Reserve 1263, situated in Block IV,
Otaio Survey District, and bounded as follows: Towards the
south-east by Section 22 of Reserve 1263, 62·1 links; towards the
south by Section 23, Reserve 1263, 103·6 links; towards the north-
west by part of the Timaru Water-race Reserve No. 740, 81·7 links,
and towards the north-east by a public road, 100·3 links.
Also all that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 0·3
perches, more or less, being part of Reserve 1263 and intersecting
the Timaru Water-race Reserve No. 740, situated in Block IV,
Otaio Survey District, and bounded as follows: Commencing at
a point being distant 839 links and bearing 136° 46′ from the north-
west corner of Section 23, Reserve 1263; thence south-easterly a
distance of 251·8 links and bearing 136° 01′, south-westerly 100 links
and bearing 226° 01′, north-westerly 251·8 links and bearing 316° 01′,
and north-easterly 100 links and bearing 45° 59′ to the place of
commencement.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 6/1/227A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Revoking a License authorizing David Powick, of Wekaweka, Hokianga,
Farmer, to use Water for the Purpose of Generating Electricity

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New
Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, and with the consent of the licensee,
doth hereby revoke the Order in Council dated the tenth day of
June, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, and published
in the New Zealand Gazette No 42 of the seventeenth day of the
same month, authorizing David Powick, of Wekaweka, Hokianga,
Farmer, to use water for the purpose of generating electricity.

of the owners thereof as a burial-ground.

on the seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-
seven, and published in the Gazette on the twentieth day of May,
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-seven, at page 1162, and
affecting Kinohaku East E 1b 2 and other blocks, by excluding
therefrom the land described in the Schedule hereto.
