HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL
P URSUANT to section one hundred and twenty-eight of the
Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed
by the Waimea County Council on the ninth day of November, one
thousand nine hundred and forty-five, viz. :—
“ The Waimea County Council, being the local authority
having control of the roads in the County of Waimea, by
resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred
and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not
apply to the western side of Wairoa Gorge Road fronting
subdivision of part Section 8, Waimea South District, Block X,
Waimea Survey District, and contained in Certificate of Title,
Volume 71, folio 6 ” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the
portion of the Wairoa Gorge Road (described in the Schedule hereto)
within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said
portion of road.

SCHEDULE
THE western side of all that portion of road situated in the Nelson
Land District, County of Waimea, known as the Wairoa Gorge Road,
fronting part Section 8, District of Waimea South, Block X, Waimea
Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on
the plan marked P.W.D. 122691, deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

thousand nine hundred and forty-six, viz. :—

apply to the western side of the portion of Henwood Road
fronting Lot 1, D.P. 6180, being part Section 6, Hua District,
Block VI, Paritutu Survey District, being all the land in
Certificate of Title, Volume 153, folio 30 (Taranaki Register)” ;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall
at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the
portion of Henwood Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within
a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said
portion of road.

the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the
centre-line of the said portions of road.

Consenting to the Raising of a Loan of £750 by the Motueka Borough
Council and prescribing the Conditions thereof

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL
W HEREAS the Motueka Borough Council (hereinafter called
the said local authority) proposes, pursuant to the pro-
visions of section three of the Main Highways Amendment Act,
1928, to borrow the sum of seven hundred and fifty pounds (£750),
by a loan to be known as High Street Widening Loan, 1946
(hereinafter called the said loan), for the purpose of paying its
portion of the cost of widening High Street through the Motueka
Borough :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities con-
ferred on him by section eleven of the Local Government Loans
Board Act, 1926, as set out in section twenty nine of the Finance
Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling
him in this behalf, doth hereby consent to the raising by the said
local authority of the said loan for the said purpose up to the
amount of seven hundred and fifty pounds (£750), and in giving
such consent doth hereby determine as follows :—
(1) The term for which the said loan or any part thereof may
be raised shall be seven (7) years.
(2) The rate of interest that may be paid in respect of the
said loan or any part thereof shall be such as shall not produce
to the lender a rate exceeding three pounds fifteen shillings (£3 15s.)
per centum per annum.
(3) The said loan, together with interest thereon, shall be
repaid by equal aggregate annual instalments extending over the
term as determined in (1) above.
(4) No moneys shall be borrowed under this consent after
the expiration of two years from the date hereof.
