HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Oamaru Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet but not less than forty feet.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Otago Land District, Borough of Oamaru, containing by admeasurement the following areas, more or less:-

0 1 3-57 Part Section 8, Block XCV, Town of Oamaru; coloured yellow.
0 0 0-005 Part Section 10, Block XCV, Town of Oamaru; coloured sepia.
0 0 25-51 Part Section 8, Block XCV, Town of Oamaru; coloured blue.
0 0 2-91 Lot 4, D.P. 6043, Town of Oamaru; coloured yellow.
0 0 4-45 Lot 1, D.P. 6043, Town of Oamaru; coloured sepia.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123048, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Palmerston North City Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street (as shown on the plan referred to in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of the said street.
SCHEDULE
THAT proposed street in the Wellington Land District, City of Palmerston North, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 6-76 perches, more or less, being parts Lots 14 and 15, D.P. 534, being part Rural Section 246, Township of Palmerston North. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123133, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Richmond Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet but not less than fifty feet, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the said street (as shown on the plan referred to in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of the said street.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Whangarei Borough Council to permit the laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule hereto of a width less than sixty-six feet but not less than fifty feet, subject to the conditions that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on Lots 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, and 43 of a subdivision of the land fronting the said street, as shown on the plan preferred to in the Schedule hereto, within a distance of forty-eight feet from the centre-line of the said street, or on Lot 8 of the said subdivision within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said street.

THAT proposed street in the North Auckland Land District, Borough of Whangarei, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 22-5 perches, more or less, being part of the land on Deposited Plans Nos. 750 and 8225, and being parts Allotment 2, Parish of Whangarei. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123038, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the New Plymouth Borough Council on the eighteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, viz.:-
"The New Plymouth Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of New Plymouth, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight, subsection one, of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply-
"(a) To the western side of the portion of Brougham Street adjoining Section 715 and part Section 698, Town of New Plymouth, Certificate of Title, Volume 125, folio 77 (Taranaki Registry); nor
"(b) To the northern side of the portion of Vivian Street adjoining the said Section 715 and part Section 698, Town of New Plymouth";
