subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the western side of the portion of Brougham Street and the northern side of the portion of Vivian Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.

SCHEDULE
THE western side of all that portion of street situated in the Taranaki Land District, Borough of New Plymouth, known as Brougham Street, fronting part Sections 715 and 698, Town of New Plymouth. Also the northern side of all that portion of street situated in the said land district and borough, known as Vivian Street, fronting part Section 715, Town of New Plymouth.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123227, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Lyttelton Borough Council on the eighth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, viz. :—
“ The Lyttelton Borough Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the Borough of Lyttelton, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of the portion of Canterbury Street adjoining Lot 20 on Deposit Plan 9058, being part of the land in Certificate of Title, Volume 475, folio 103 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Canterbury Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twenty-fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, viz. :—
“ That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-eastern side of the portion of Fitzroy Street adjoining Lot 30 and part Lot 29, Deeds Plan 92, Township of Calderville, being part Section 13, Block 6, Town District, such land being comprised and described in Certificate of Title 280/140 ”;
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Fitzroy Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
