In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of May, 1946.

Land taken for a Police-station in the Borough of New Lynn Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.
Being Lot 4 on D.P. 7106, being portion of Allotment 256, Parish of Waikomiti, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 478, folio 139 (Auckland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of May, 1946.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act, 1928, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood.
Being Section 6, Block IV, Town of Hirstfield, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume XLVI, folio 35 (Southland Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of May, 1946.
