Pursuant to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD

Approximate area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre 0 roods 0·1 perches.
Being part Section 67; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED

Approximate area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 8 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 28 and 67; coloured green.

All situated in Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32288.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119935, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
