Alteration of Boundaries, Christchurch Drainage District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two of the Christchurch District Drainage Amendment Act, 1920, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto shall be added to and form part of the Christchurch Drainage District; and, with the like powers and authorities, do hereby also declare that the said area shall be added to the Rural Riccarton Sub-district of the said district.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the County of Waimairi, of the Canterbury Land District, being part of Lot 40 on a plan numbered 201, deposited in the office of the Registrar of Lands at Christchurch, and bounded by a line commencing at a point at the intersection of the southern side of Bowen Street and the western side of Waimairi Road, the said point being on the existing boundary of the Christchurch Drainage District; thence proceeding southerly and westerly by the said drainage district boundary to the south-west corner of part Lot 40 aforesaid; thence northerly by the western boundary of that Lot 40 to Bowen Street, and easterly along the southern side of Bowen Street to the point of commencement.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 17th day of May, 1946.

PURSUANT to section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Sir Michael Myers, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 123428, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of May, 1946.
