the County of Waimairi, that part of the Middleton Riding
of the County of Waimairi lying to the north-west of a line

part of the County of Springs lying to the west of a line
along Waterholes Road, Ellesmere Junction Road, the road

Akaroa, that part of the City of Christchurch lying to the
south-east of the Ferry Road Bridge across the Heathcote River,
that part of the City of Christchurch bounded by a line
commencing at the intersection of Ferry Road and Enson's
Road; thence along Enson's Road to the Heathcote River,
along the Heathcote River to the watercourse from Port
Hills Road near Lascelles Street; thence along that water-
course to Port Hills Road and along Port Hills Road and
Centaurus Road to the generally southern boundary of the
City of Christchurch, along the generally southern boundary
of the City of Christchurch to Ferry Road opposite the
northernmost point of Rural Section 120, and along Ferry
Road to the point of commencement, and all islands in
Lyttelton Harbour.

All that area comprising part of the County of Wai-
mairi, part of the County of Heathcote, and part of the
City of Christchurch, bounded by a line commencing at the
point where the northern boundary of the City of Christ-
church meets the sea; thence southerly along the boundary
of the City of Christchurch to the estuary of Heathcote and
Avon Rivers and across that estuary to Point Gollan; thence
westerly along the foreshore and the tram causeway to the
Ferry Road Bridge across the Heathcote River; thence along
the Heathcote River to Ferry Road opposite the northernmost
point of Rural Section 120; thence along Ferry Road to
Matheson's Road; thence along Matheson's Road, Tuam
Street, Rolleston Street, Armagh Street East, and St. James
Street to the River Avon; thence northerly along the River
Avon to Banks Avenue; thence along Banks Avenue, North
