forming the south-western boundaries of Rural Sections 7858,

All that area comprising the Blueskin and North-east
Valley Ridings of the County of Waikouaiti, the Borough
of Port Chalmers, the Borough of West Harbour, Quarantine
Island and adjacent islands in Otago Harbour, and that part
of the City of Dunedin lying to the north-east of a line
from Opoho Creek along Union Street to Leith Street, along
Leith Street, St. David Street, and Castle Street to Union
Street, along Union Street to Queen Street, and along
Queen Street, Park Street, Heriot Row, and Khyber Pass to
the Town Belt; thence along a right line to the point where
Tolcarne Avenue meets the Town Belt; thence along Tol-
carne Avenue and Grendon Street to Highgate, along High-
gate to Lynn Street, along Lynn Street and Balmacewen
Road to Helensburg Road; thence in a generally north-
westerly direction along Helensburg Road to Wakari Road
and south-westerly along Wakari Road to the easternmost

Right-of-way, Macandrew Road, King Edward Street, Mc-
Bride Street, and Anderson’s Bay Road to the intersection
of the last-mentioned road with Cargill Road, and thence
along a right line to the nearest point of the boundary of
the City of Dunedin.

All that area comprising part of the City of Dunedin
and reclaimed land bounded by a line commencing at a
point on the waterfront at the junction of Rattray Street
Wharf and Victoria Wharf; thence along Rattray Street
Wharf, Rattray Street, Maclaggan Street, Serpentine Avenue,
and Hawthorn Avenue to Jubilee Street; thence along
Jubilee Street, Napier Street, Beaumont Road, Rosebery
Street, Kenmure Road, and Pitcairn Street to the northern
boundary of Lot 27 on Deeds Plan 347; thence along the
northern boundary of Lot 27 aforesaid and the northern
boundary of Lot 65 of Section 10, Lower Kaikorai Survey
District, to Stone Street; thence along Stone Street to the
Kaikorai Valley Road; thence along the Kaikorai Valley
Road to the boundary of the City of Dunedin; thence in a
generally southerly direction along the boundary of the City
