commencing at a point on the Harbour Frontage, in line
with the western boundary-line of the Boat Harbour; thence
by a line in a southerly direction along that boundary, the
northern side of Herd Street, to and along Oriental Parade,
along Prince Street, Roxburgh Street, Majoribanks Street
to the centre-line of the reserve between Kent Terrace and
Cambridge Terrace; thence southerly along this centre-line
of reserve, to and along Vivian Street, to and along The

All that area, being part of the City of Wellington,
bounded by a line commencing at a point on The Terrace
at its junction with Vivian Street; thence easterly along
that street to and along the centre-line of the reserve
between Kent Terrace and Cambridge Terrace, along the
northern and eastern boundaries of the Basin Reserve, the
western boundary of the Wellington College Reserve, the
western boundary of Government House Grounds Reserve,
Hospital Road, Adelaide Road, Riddiford Street, Hall Street,
Hutchison Road, Finnimore Terrace, Dransfield Street,
Liardet Street, Short Street, Moffitt Street, Krull Street,
Mana Street, Raleigh Street, Veronica Street, Mornington
Road, Clarence Street, Borlase Street, across Happy Valley
Road, to and along a road reserve passing through Sec-
tion 14, Ohiro District, and its production to the eastern
boundary of the Wellington Water-supply Reserve; thence
northerly along the eastern boundary of the aforesaid
reserve to its intersection with the southern boundary of
Section 3, Upper Kaiwarra District; thence along a right

the eastern boundary of Section 38 of Block X, the eastern
and northern boundaries of Section 70, Terawhiti District,
the northern boundary of Section 69, Terawhiti District, to
the southernmost point of the Wellington Water-supply
Reserve; thence along the eastern boundary of the aforesaid
reserve to a point in line with a road reserve passing
through Section 14, Ohiro District; thence to and along
the aforesaid road reserve, Borlase Street, Clarence
Street, Mornington Road, Veronica Street, Raleigh
Street, Mana Street, Krull Street, Moffitt Street, Short
Street, Liardet Street, Dransfield Street, Finnimore Terrace,
Hutchison Road, Hall Street, Mein Street, and its pro-
duction to Alexandra Road; thence southerly along the
aforesaid road and Crawford Road to its intersection by an
angle of the eastern boundary of the Town Belt Reserve;
thence in a southerly direction along the eastern boundary

Street; thence along the aforesaid street, a right-of-way
fronting the northern boundaary of Land Transfer Plan
No. 12530, Queens Drive, and its production to the mean
high-water mark of Lyall Bay, and along the mean high-
water mark to the point of commencement, including all
wharves and extensions seaward and all adjacent islands.

MIRAMAR

All that area, being that part of the City of Welling-
ton, lying to the east of a line commencing at a point on
the high-water mark of Evans Bay in line with the pro-
duction of Onepu Road across Seatoun Road; thence by a
line along this production to Seatoun Road; thence along
Seatoun Road and Crawford Road to its intersection with
the eastern boundary of the Town Belt Reserve; thence in
a southerly direction along the eastern boundary of the
aforesaid reserve to a point in line with Carlton Street;
thence along the aforesaid street, a right-of-way fronting
the northern boundary of Land Transfer Plan No. 12530,
Queens Drive, and its production to the mean high-water
mark of Lyall Bay, including all wharves and extensions
seaward.

WESTLAND

All that area comprising the County of Westland, to-
gether with the boroughs of Ross, Hokitika, Kumara, Grey-
mouth, Brunner, and Runanga. Also that part of the County
of Grey lying south of a line commencing at a point on the
northern boundary of the county at the confluence of the
Waipuna and Grey Rivers; thence along the Waipuna
River and Noble's Creek to the source of the last-mentioned
creek and along a right line to the summit of Napoleon
Hill; thence in a north-westerly direction along a right line
to the easternmost point of Section 76, Block XIII,
Mawheraiti Survey District, and thence along the north-
eastern boundaries of Sections 76 and 51, Block XIII,
Mawheraiti Survey District, to the Grey River; thence along
the Grey River to Blackball Creek; thence along Blackball
Creek to a point in line with Harper Street in the Township
of Blackball; thence along a right line to and along
Harper Street and that line produced to Ford Creek; thence
along Ford Creek to Paparoa Creek, and along Paparoa
Creek to its source in the Paparoa Range; thence along the
ridge passing through Mount Davey, Trig. Station G, and
