Land taken for Housing Purposes in Block X, Tauranga Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :—

A. R. P.
20 0 17 Lots 3, 4, 6, and 7 on D.P. 30646, being Allotments 34, 35, 45, and 46, Suburbs of Tauranga ; coloured yellow.
5 0 11 Lot 5 on D.P. 30646, being Allotment 33, Suburbs of Tauranga ; coloured sepia.
5 0 12 Lot 8 on D.P. 30646, being Allotment 36, Suburbs of Tauranga ; coloured blue.

Situated in Block X, Tauranga Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32780.)

In the Auckland Land District ; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122456, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of February, 1946.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public buildings of the General Government ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 32 perches.
Being Lot 86, D.P. 246, being part Section 1978.

Situated in Block XII, Greymouth Survey District (Borough of Greymouth) (Westland R.D.). (S.O. 4399.)

In the Westland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122959, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of February, 1946.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Aongatete Substation) ; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 roods 2 perches.
Being part Allotment 34, Te Mania Parish.

Situated in Block II, Aongatete Survey District (Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 31900.)

In the Auckland Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 115773, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the water-race easement over part granted by Memorandum of Transfer No. 78641, Canterbury Land Registry, for irrigation purposes (raceman’s cottage).

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 5 acres.
Being part Lot 12, D.P. 2526, and being part Rural Section 29758.

Situated in Block XV, Spaxton Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7656.)

In the Canterbury Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122957, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of February, 1946.
