Additional Land at Mamaku taken for the Purposes of the Thames Valley–Rotorua Railway

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Thames Valley–Rotorua Railway.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 1 acre, more or less, being Section 3, Block VII, Village of Mamaku, and being all the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 114, folio 140 (Auckland Registry).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 8155, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon edged green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 20th day of February, 1946.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Hurunui–Waitaki Railway.

0 0 1·9 Part public street; coloured green.
0 0 24·62 Part Rural Section 79; coloured orange.
0 2 0·14 Part Rural Section 79; coloured blue.
Situated in the City of Christchurch. (S.O. 7655.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked I.O. 8157, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of February, 1946.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Dargaville Branch Railway, and that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street-diversion in connection therewith.
FIRST SCHEDULE
FOR RAILWAY
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken :—

0 0 30·84 Part street; coloured green, edged green.
0 0 0·72 Well reserve in Proclamation 1708; coloured orange.
SECOND SCHEDULE
FOR STREET-DIVERSION
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 29 perches.
Being railway land in Proclamation 11640; coloured sepia.
All being situated in Block XV, Kaihu Survey District, Borough of Dargaville. (S.O. 33831.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 8191, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 25th day of February, 1946.
