A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto ;
and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

All in the North Auckland Land District ; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122889,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of February, 1946.

Residence) in the Borough of Thames

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zea-
land, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph
purposes (postmaster’s residence) ; and I do also hereby declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of
March, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart :
27·7 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 29814, being part Whakaruaki Block.
Situated in Block IV, Thames Survey District (Borough of

in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a gravel-
pit ; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the fourth day of March, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-six.

of Part I of the Housing Act, 1919

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by
section nine of the Housing Act, 1919, I, Cyril Louis Norton
Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for
the purposes of Part I of the said Act.
SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 1 rood 17·7 perches,
more or less, being Section 1144, Town of Picton, and being all the
land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume 26, folio 201 (Marl-
borough Registry). As the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 20/170, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 21st day of February, 1946.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
forty-four of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National
Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint
Allan Campbell,
Thomas Alfred Crabbe,
Allan Crombie,
William Elliot Scott,
John Patrick Parcell,
Alexander Robert Henderson,
John Anderson,
John Begg Crabbe, and
Andrew Coleman McElroy
to be the Bannockburn Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto ; and doth hereby appoint Saturday,
the twenty-third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and
forty-six, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Coronation
Hall, Bannockburn, as the place where, the first meeting of the
Board shall be held.
