At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 5th day of December, 1945

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, viz. :—

“ The Auckland City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the northern side of Wharua Road, Remuera, fronting a subdivision of Allotment 3, Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Wharua Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE

THE northern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Wharua Road, fronting parts Allotment 3 of Section 16, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122766, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the tenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, viz. :—

“ The Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Waimea, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of portion of Pig Valley Road adjoining parts Sections 18, 19, 20, Wai-iti Hills, and parts Sections 40, 1 of 41, 1 and 2 of 39, 1 of 38, Waimea South, Block XVI, Wai-iti Survey District (C.T. 71/99) ” ;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side generally of the portion of Pig Valley Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

THE eastern side generally of all that portion of Pig Valley Road, situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, fronting part Sections 18, 19, and 20, District of Wai-iti Hills, and part Sections 40, 41, 39, and 38, Waimea South, Block XVI, Wai-iti Survey District. Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of Portion of the Ormond Domain, Gisborne Land District, for the Purposes of the Waihirere and Gray’s Bush Domain

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of that portion of the Ormond Domain, described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said domain, a sum not exceeding three hundred pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Waihirere and Gray’s Bush Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.
