Notification of Date for the Regrading of Officers employed in the Post and Telegraph Department

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 28th day of November, 1945

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the provisions of section two hundred and thirty of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1928, as amended by section twenty of the Post and Telegraph Amendment Act, 1933, and to Regulation 5 of the regulations made by Order in Council on the fourteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, as substituted by Order in Council dated the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby fix the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, as the date on which a general regrading of officers employed in the Post and Telegraph Department shall be made, and doth hereby fix the said first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, as the date on which such regrading shall take effect.

to be the deputy on the South Auckland Land Sales Committee of Harry Oswald Mellsop and of James Joseph Shallue, members of that committee.

Appointment of Member of Medical Council under the Medical Practitioners Act, 1914

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Medical Practitioners Act, 1914, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby reappoint—

George Douglas Robb, M.D., Ch.M. (Univ. N.Z.), F.R.C.S. (Eng.),

to be a member of the Medical Council under the aforesaid Act.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this 29th day of November, 1945.
