The South-eastern Side of Portion of the Nelson-Westport Main Highway, in the County of Waimea, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 21st day of November, 1945
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Main Highways Board on the seventeenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, viz.:

“The Main Highways Board, being the local authority having control of the Nelson-Westport Main Highway, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of portion of the said highway fronting part Section 160, Waimea South, Block XV, Wai-iti Survey District”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of the Nelson-Westport Main Highway (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE

THE south-eastern side of all that portion of the Nelson-Westport Main Highway situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, fronting part Section 160, Waimea South, Block XV, Wai-iti Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122259, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-western Side of Portion of Wesley Road, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five (the side and portion of the street affected by such resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto), viz.:

“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to that part of the south-western side of Wesley Road fronting Lot 1, D.P. 452 ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of Wesley Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE

THE south-western side of all that portion of street situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Wesley Road, fronting part Lot 1, D.P. 452, being part Wellington Hospital Reserve. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122580, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of the portion of the Richmond-Collingwood Main Highway (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE

THE south-western side of all that portion of the Richmond-Collingwood Main Highway situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, adjoining part Section 87, Waimea West, Block I, Waimea Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122057, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the twelfth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, viz.:

“The Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the County of Waimea, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-western and north-eastern sides of portion of public road fronting subdivision of part Section 87, Waimea West, Block I, Waimea Survey District (C.T. 12/197)”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western or the north-eastern sides of the portion of public road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE

THE north-western and north-eastern sides of all that portion of public road situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, fronting part Section 87, Waimea West, Block I, Waimea Survey District.
