A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 2 acres 0 roods 25 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 29550, being part Section 36.
Situated in Block I, Tarawera Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31802.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122431, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of November, 1945.
