Land taken for the Waitaki–Bluff Railway in Block V, Otepopo Survey District, and Block X, Moeraki Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Waitaki–Bluff railway.

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of November, 1945.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Temuka Substation-site); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres.
Being part Lot 6, D.P. 5152 (part Rural Section 4657).

Situated in Block II, Arowhenua Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 7599.)

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121630, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of November, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster’s residence); and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 27·25 perches.
Being part Lot 4, D.P. 15552, being part Allotments 4 and 6 of Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland.

Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District (City of Auckland) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33645.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122341, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of November, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for sand-dune-reclamation purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the third day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 24 perches.
Being Crown land.

Situated in Block VII, Maioro Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33611.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122135, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 22nd day of November, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
