A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the pieces of roads closed: 8 acres 1 rood 24 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Town of Owen and Sections 12 and 14.
Situated in Block I, Hope Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9388.)
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 122046, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of October, 1945.

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a police-station; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of public reserve set apart: 2·09 perches.
Being part Section 178, City of Nelson (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9108.)

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Post and Telegraph purposes (postmaster’s residence); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twelfth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
