Amending a Proclamation proclaiming Land as Road in Block I,
Oamaru Survey District, Waitaki County

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Land Act, 1924, and of every other power and
authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zea-
l^, do hereby amend the Proclamation dated the fifteenth day of
August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, and published
in the New Zealand Gazette No. 54 of the twenty-third day of the
same month at page 1044, proclaiming land as road in Block I,
Oamaru Survey District, Waitaki County, by deleting from the
Schedule to the said Proclamation the areas described in the First
Schedule hereto and substituting in lieu thereof the areas described
in the Second Schedule hereto.

0 0 3·68 Part Section 55; coloured sepia.
0 0 22·89 Part D.P. 3647, being part Section 23; coloured
yellow.

Situated in Block I, Oamaru Survey District (Otago R.D.).

SECOND SCHEDULE

0 0 3·68 Part D.P. 3647, being part Section 55; coloured
sepia.
0 0 22·89 Part Section 23; coloured yellow.

Situated in Block I, Oamaru Survey District (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121555, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of October, 1945.

County

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of October, 1945.

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall,
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim as street the land described in the First Schedule hereto,
and also do hereby proclaim as closed the street described in the
Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

LAND PROCLAIMED AS STREET

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street :
23·4 perches.

Being part Napier Town Section 664; coloured yellow.

SECOND SCHEDULE

STREET CLOSED

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed : 6·1 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 637R and Section 638R;
coloured green.

All situated in the Borough of Napier (Hawke’s Bay R.D.).

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121814, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of October 1945.
