Land Acquisition and Committee Elections




And whereas the said land is not the land of any serviceman
who is for the time being serving outside New Zealand in any of
His Majesty's Forces or in any British ship:
Now, therefore, the Minister of Lands, acting in pursuance of
section 51 of the said Act, doth hereby declare that the said land is
taken for the settlement of a discharged serviceman, and hereby
specifies the lst day of October, 1945, as the date on which the said
land shall be deemed to be vested in His Majesty the King.

SCHEDULE
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, Raglan County,
situated in Block IX, Karioi Survey District, containing by
admeasurement approximately ninety-seven (97) acres and three (3)
roods, being part of Allotment 91, Whaingaroa Parish, and being
the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of
title, Vol. 588, folio 321 (Auckland Registry).
As witness my hand, this 7th day of September, 1945.

The Taumarunui Milk Delivery Notice 1944, Amendment No. 3
PURSUANT to the Delivery Emergency Regulations 1942,* the
Minister of Transport doth hereby give notice as follows:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Taumarunui Milk Delivery
    Notice 1944, Amendment No. 3, and shall be read together with and
    deemed part of the Taumarunui Milk Delivery Notice 1944† (hereinafter referred to as the principal scheme).
  2. Clause (6) of the principal scheme as amended is hereby
    revoked and the following clause substituted therefor:
    “(6) Subject to the foregoing provisions of this scheme, the
    persons hereinafter described may deliver milk, wholesale or retail,
    to the areas allocated to them as follows and not otherwise:

D. G. Coxon, Taumarunui Zone No. 1, as marked in red on the plan.
I. G. Rule, Taumarunui Zone No. 2, as marked in blue on the plan.
