SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 1 rood, more or less, situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt, being Lot 11 on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 8268, being also part of Section 97 of the Hutt District, and being all the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 432, folio 293.
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 7903, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of August, 1945.

Declaring Lands in the Marlborough Land District to be subject to the Provisions of Section 23 of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS by section twenty-three of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Proclamation declare any lands of the Crown to be subject to the provisions of that section to enable certain readjustment of leases and licenses to be carried into effect :
And whereas it is deemed expedient that the lands described in the Schedule hereto should be subject to the provisions of the said section :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by subsection one of the aforesaid section twenty-three, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of the gazetting hereof, the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of the said section twenty-three of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal Act, 1939.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Milk Act, 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby order and declare as follows :—

This Order may be cited as the Ashburton Milk District Constitution Order 1945.

The Borough of Ashburton is hereby constituted and declared a milk district under the Milk Act, 1944, as from the twenty-fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, with the name of the “Ashburton Milk District”.

The Milk Authority of the said milk district shall be the Ashburton Borough Council.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Milk Act, 1944, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, doth hereby order and declare as follows :—

This Order may be cited as the Blenheim Milk District Constitution Order 1945.

Those parts of New Zealand consisting of part of the Borough of Blenheim and parts of the Omaka Riding, County of Marlborough, described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby constituted and declared a milk district under the Milk Act, 1944, as from the seventeenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, with the name of the “Blenheim Milk District”.

The Milk Authority of the said district shall be the Blenheim Borough Council.

The Marlborough County Council shall be entitled to have two representatives on the Milk Committee of the Blenheim Borough Council and from time to time to nominate two persons for that purpose.

The Blenheim Borough Council shall from time to time appoint to the Milk Committee of the Borough Council the two persons nominated by the Marlborough County Council pursuant to clause four hereof.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District comprising part of the Borough of Blenheim and parts of the Omaka Riding, County of Marlborough, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the north-western corner of Section 24 (D.P. 906), Wairau West District; thence proceeding southerly along the western boundaries of the said Section 24 and Section 41, Opawa District, to a point 2 chains north of the boundary of the South Island Main Trunk Railway; thence westerly by a right line to the north side of Stephenson Street, a distance of 24 chains; thence southerly by the western boundary of part Section 45, Opawa District, a distance of 22 chains; thence westerly by the southern boundaries of Lots 1 and 5 to 13, D.P. 67, a distance of 19 chains; thence southerly by a right line to the north-western corner of Lot 3, D.P. 18, and the western boundary of the said Lot 3 to Alabama Road; thence easterly by the said road to a point opposite the north-west corner of Section 42, Opawa District; thence southerly across Alabama Road and by the western boundary of the said Section 42 to the south-eastern corner of Lot 88, D.P. 17; thence westerly by the southern boundaries of Lots 88 to 101 (inclusive), D.P. 17, the crossing of four roads and the extension of that boundary to Section 7, Block III, Taylor Pass Survey District; thence northerly by the eastern boundary of the said Section 7, the crossing of a public road, and by the eastern boundary of parts of Sections 2 of 27 and 1 of 27, Omaka District, the crossing of Alabama Road, and by the borough boundary to its intersection with the Taylor River in Section 5, Omaka District; thence north-easterly by that river to its confluence with the Omaka River; thence generally in a westerly direction by the Omaka River to the eastern boundary of Lot 7, D.P. 791; thence northerly by the eastern boundaries of Lots 7, 8, the crossing of a road and Lot 2, D.P. 791, Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 955, the crossing of the Middle Renwick Road, and by the eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 983, to the north-west corner of Lot 25, D.P. 54; thence easterly by the north boundaries of the said Lot 25, Rose Street, and Lot 26, D.P. 54; thence northerly by the western boundaries of Lots 1 to 4, D.P. 911, and Lots 36, 39, and 42, a right-of-way, and Lot 46, D.P. 110, to the Old Renwick Road; thence easterly by the north side of that road, Robinson Street, and Section 71, Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, and the extension of that boundary to the Opawa River; thence generally in a south-easterly and a south-westerly direction by that river to a point opposite the north-western corner of Lot 5, D.P. 1248; thence southerly by the western boundary of that lot and the crossing of Dillon’s Point Road to the point of commencement. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked 110/15, deposited in the office of the Milk Marketing Division of the Marketing Department, Wellington, and thereon edged green.
