Declaring a Portion of Railway Land at Waterloo to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I,
Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing 1 rood, more or less, situate in
the City of Lower Hutt, being part of Section 34 of the Hutt District,
being also Lot 66 on Deposited Plan No. 8613, and being all the land
contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 390, folio 20 (Wellington
Registry).

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 7912, deposited in the office
of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon bordered
green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of August, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

ALL that parcel of land containing 22·03 perches, more or less,
situate in the City of Lower Hutt, being part of Section 46, Hutt
District, being also Lot 166 on Deposited Plan No. 8543, and being
all the land contained in Certificate of Title, Volume 393, folio 142
(Wellington Registry).

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 7913, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon
bordered green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of August, 1945.

Situated in Hutt R.D., City of Lower Hutt, Block XIV, Belmont
Survey District.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 7924, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon
coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 6th day of August, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, the Government Rail-ways Act, 1926, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a site for a dwelling for the accommodation of an employee of the Government Railways Department.
