HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Waikato County Council stopping the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was taken.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government road.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Nelson City Council on the seventeenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, viz.:

“ That the Nelson City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Nelson, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the eastern side of the portion of Murphy Street adjoining part of Section 12, Block E, Wakatu, City of Nelson, the south-eastern side of the portion of Emano Street adjoining the said part of Section 12, Block E, Wakatu, and the south-western side of the portion of the unnamed public street adjoining the said part of Section 12, Block E, Wakatu, as shown on the plan annexed to this resolution in the Council’s minute-book ”;

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Murphy Street, the south-eastern side of the portion of Emano Street, and the south-western side of the portion of the unnamed public street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of streets.
