road to a point on the southern boundary of Section 29, Square 15,
in Block XVI, Pakawau Survey District; thence in a westerly
direction by the southern, western, and north-eastern boundaries of
the said Section 29, Square 15, to the western boundary of
Section 14, Square 15, Block XVI aforesaid; again by the north-west
boundary of Section 14, Square 15 aforesaid, and by the north-
western boundaries of Sections 15, 16, and 17, Square 15, in
Block V, Onetaua Survey District, again by the south-west, north-
west, and north-east boundaries of Section 4, Block II aforesaid, by
the north-east boundary of Section 19, the north-west boundary
of Sections 20, 21, 22, Square 15, and 28, Square 16, all in
Block V aforesaid, by the west boundary of Section 31, Square 16,
Block II, Onetaua Survey District, to a point in line with the south
boundary of Section 2, Block II aforesaid; thence by a right line
to the south-east corner of Section 2 aforesaid; again by the south
and west boundaries of the aforesaid Section 2, by the south and
west boundaries of Coal Lease, Section C 2, by the west boundary
of Section 5, Block II, and by the southern boundary of Section 3,
Block II, Onetaua Survey District, to the point of commencement;
also including a severance area of 556 acres, being Section 23, Block II,
Waitapu Survey District. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 119856, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered
red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of June, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I,
Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the East
Coast Main Trunk Railway; and I do also hereby declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth
day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 27 perches.
Being closed road adjoining or passing through part Block 2,
Eskdale Crown Grant District (Railway land).

Situated in Block XII, Puketapu Survey District (Hawke’s
Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2060, red.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114051, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured green, bordered green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of June, 1945.

power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I,
Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post
and Telegraph purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day
of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood
19 perches.
Being Town Section 1076 and part Town Section 1078.

Situated in the City of Christchurch (Canterbury R.D.).

me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.


SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
1 rood.
Being Section 20, Block IX, Tolaga Bay.

Situated in Block XII, Uawa Survey District.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in
me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the middle-line of a
road desired to be constructed over Blocks II, III, and VI,
Whakamaru Survey District—viz., deviations of the Whakamaru
Road—shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE

COMMENCING at a apoint on the Whakamaru Road about 30 chains
north of the Kopokorahi Stream, being the point of termination
of the middle-line (Proclamation published in New Zealand Gazette,
1945, at page 34), and proceeding thence in a southerly and south-
westerly direction generally for a distance of approximately 2 miles
70 chains, and passing in, into, through, or over the following
lands, &c., viz.: Part Whakamaru-Maungaiti Block on D.P. 19832,
Lot 1 on D.P. 20269, being parts Whakamaru-Maungaiti G No. 8
and G No. 9 Blocks, part Whakamaru-Maungaiti G No. 7 Block on
D.P. 19833, part Whakamaru-Maungaiti G No. 6 Block, part
Whakamaru-Maungaiti G No. 5 Block, and terminating at a point
on the right bank of the Waikato River about 5 chains north of the
southern boundary of Whakamaru-Maungaiti G No. 5 Block,
including all adjoining and intervening places, lands, reserves, roads,
tracks, lakes, rivers, streams, and watercourses: all in the Auckland
Land District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 121567, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A–B.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 18th day of June, 1945.
