Portion of the Plimmerton-Paekakariki Road

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in
me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twelfth day
of July, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, and published
in the New Zealand Gazette No. 52 of the fourteenth day of the same
month at page 1640, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at
Wellington as No. 2709, defining the middle-line of a road in
Blocks II, III, and VIII, Paekakariki Survey District, in so far as
it affects Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, D.P. 12888, and being part of the land
comprised and described in Certificate of Title, Volume 503, folio 68
(Wellington Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal
of that Dominion, this 18th day of June, 1945.

Additional Land taken for a Police-station in Block VI, Ongo
Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I,
Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a
police-station; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of June, one
thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 16·97
perches.
Being part Section 30, Hunterville Village Settlement.
Situated in Block VI, Ongo Survey District. (S.O. 21288.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121578, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.

Given under the hand of his Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of June, 1945.

in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I,
Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for police purposes
(residence); and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of June, one
thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 20 perches.
Being Lot 2, D.P. 8513, and being part Section 25, Hutt District.
Situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District (City of
Lower Hutt). (S.O. 21296.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particu-
larly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121665, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of June, 1945.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis
Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school and shall
vest in the Education Board of the District of Auckland as from
the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day
of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 3 roods
8 perches.
Being part Section 6s, Awanui Settlement.
Situated in Block X, Rangaunu Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 33263.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121120, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 19th day of June, 1945.
