roads, along the northern and north-eastern boundaries of

Lot 13 on D.P. 12412, being part of Te Karaka Block,
along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of
Lot 12 of a subdivision of Te Karaka Block aforesaid, and
a right line, being the production of the last-mentioned

District, and along the north-western boundary of the last-
mentioned section to the north-eastern boundary of State

eastern boundary to the south-eastern corner of Section 5,
Block X, of the said survey district, and along the eastern
boundary of that section and a right line across the Opou-
tiki River and a public road, to and along the eastern
boundary of Section 4, Block X aforesaid, the eastern
boundaries of Sections 15 and 12, Block VI, Tutamoe Survey
District, a right line, being the production of the said
eastern boundary, across a public road, to and along the
generally eastern side of the said road forming the western
boundaries of Sections 10 and 15, Block VII, and Lot 2
of Section 13, Block III, of the said survey district, to the
road angle opposite the eastern corner of Section 12A, Block II
of the aforesaid survey district; thence along a right
line across the said road to the said easternmost corner,
along the generally eastern and northern boundaries of the
said Section 12A, along the eastern boundary of Section 4A
of the said Block II, to and along the southern side of the
road forming the northern boundary of Section 13A, Block III,
of the said survey district, to a point due south of
the south-eastern corner of Section I, Block II of the said
survey district; thence along a right line, across the said
road to the said south-eastern corner, and along a right
line between that corner and the southern corner of Sec-
tion 6, Block XV, Punakitere Survey District, crossing
another public road, and to the middle of the Mangakahia
River, being a point on the southern boundary of the Bay
of Islands County; thence easterly and north-easterly along
the Bay of Islands County boundary, as hereinafter
described, to the point of commencement, together with all
the Islands known as the Hen and Chickens Islands
(Taranga and Maro Titi), The Poor Knights, and all other
Islands adjacent to the coast-line of the county, excluding
the Borough of Whangarei, the town districts of Hikurangi
and Kamo.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District,
bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block I,
Kerikeri Survey District, on the right bank of the Takou
River, and being at the northern end of the south-eastern
boundary of Lot 5 of Old Land Claim 19, and running
easterly and south-easterly generally along the said right
bank, to and along the coast to the eastern end of the
northern boundary of Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga No. 4r Block,
in Block VIII, Russell Survey District; thence westerly
generally along the northern and north-western boundaries
of the said 4r Block and the north-western boundary of
Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga No. 4c Block, to and along the north-
eastern boundary of Tutaematai Block to its .northern
corner; thence southerly generally along the western
boundary of the said Tutaematai Block, the western
boundaries of Sections 6 and 5, Block XII, Russell Survey
District, the western boundaries of Waikokopu Block, Puna-
ruku Block, the north-western and western boundaries of
Punaruku No. 2 Block, and along the western and southern
boundaries of Paremeta-Mokau Block to the north-western
corner of Section 3, Block IV, Hukerenui Survey District;
thence along the western boundary of the last-mentioned
section, along the northern boundary of Section II of the
aforesaid Block IV and its production, across a public road,
to and along the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 11,
Block III of the said Hukerenui Survey District, along
the western boundary of the said Section 11, Block III
aforesaid, a right line across a public road, to and along
the western boundaries of Sections 12 and 13 of the said
Block III and Sections 5 and 6 of Block VII of the said
Hukerenui Survey District, to and along the northern and
western boundaries of Section 3, the western boundary of
Section 4, both of Block VII aforesaid, and along the
western boundary of Puhipuhi No. 4A 1 Block to the north-
eastern corner of Section 50, Block VI, Hukerenui Survey
District; thence along the northern and part north-eastern
boundaries of the said Section 50, to and along the northern
and western boundaries of Section 65 to its intersection
with the production north-easterly of the north-western
boundary of Section 66, the aforesaid sections being of
Block VI, Hukerenui Survey District, along a right line
across a public road, to and along the north-western bound-
ary of the said Section 66 and that boundary produced to
the middle of the Waiotu River; thence down the middle
of that river and up the middle of the Ngaruawahine
Stream to the eastern side of a public road intersecting
Section 17, Block X, Hukerenui Survey District, and along
the said eastern side to the northern side of the Whangarei-
Kawakawa Main Highway; thence westerly generally across
the said public road and along the northern side of the
said main highway to its intersection with the production
northward of the western boundary of Section 19 of the
aforesaid Block X, along a right line across the said main
highway, to and along part of the western boundary of the
said Section 19, to and along the northern boundaries of
Sections 38 and 49, a right line across a public road, to
and along the northern and western boundaries of Section 61,
a right line across a public road, to and along the western
boundaries of Sections 48 and 50, the northern and western
boundaries of Section 51, and a right line, being the pro-
duction of the last-mentioned boundary, across a public
road, to and along the northern boundary of Section 52
to its western corner, the aforesaid sections being of
Block X, Hukerenui Survey District, along a right line
bearing due south across another public road, to and along
the northern, western, and south-western boundaries of
Section 32, Block IX of the said Hukerenui Survey District,
to and along the western boundary of Section 32, Block X
aforesaid, along the northern boundaries of Sections 3, 4,
and 5, Block XIII, Hukerenui Survey District, the eastern
boundaries of Sections 24 and 23, Block IX aforesaid, the
northern boundary of the said Section 23, and the western
boundaries of Sections 23 and 24 aforesaid to the inter-
section of the boundary of the last-mentioned section with
the production of the northern boundary of Section N.W. 13,
Block XIII, of the aforesaid survey district, along a
right line across a public road, to and along the northern
and part of the western boundaries of Section N.W. 13
aforesaid to the north-eastern boundary of Mangakowhara
Block; thence along the northern boundary generally of
that block and the northern and part of the south-western
boundaries of Kaikou No. 3 Block, crossing several inter-
vening roads, to and along the northern boundary of the
middle portion of Nukutawhitu Block and that boundary
produced to the middle of the Awarua River; thence down
the middle of that river to its confluence with the Manga-
kahia River, and up the middle of the last-mentioned River
to a point in line with the production south-easterly of the
north-eastern boundary of Aukumeroa No. 2 Block; thence
along a right line, to and along the said north-eastern
boundary and that boundary produced north-westerly to the
middle of the Mangakahia River aforesaid, again up the
middle of that river, and up the middle of the small stream
forming part of the north-eastern boundary of Section 3,
Block XV, Punakitere Survey District, to a point being the
production eastward of the southern boundary of Section 9,
Block XV aforesaid, along a right line to and along part
of the north-eastern and northern boundaries of Section 3
aforesaid, along part of the western boundary of the said
Section 3 to a road angle opposite the northern end of the
other part of the western boundary, a right line across a
public road, to and along the said western boundary of
Section 3 aforesaid, and the line of that boundary pro-
duced to the middle of the Mangakahia River, and up the
middle of that river to a point being the production south-
ward of the eastern boundary of Section 13, Block XIII,
