Declaring Land acquired for a Government Work, and not required for that Purpose, to be Crown Land

[L.S.] C. L. N. NEWALL, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 5 acres 3 roods 13-07 perches. Being part land on D.P. 9192, being parts Sections 12, 14, and 15, Watts Peninsula District. Situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District (City of Wellington). (S.O. 21261.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121115, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Land proclaimed as Street in the City of Dunedin

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 2-3 perches. Being part Lot 1, D.P. 5103, and being part of Section 3. Situated in Block X, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District (City of Dunedin) (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 9420.) In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121291, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
