Land taken for the Development of Water-power (Milton Substation)
in Block XXII, Tokomairiro Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril
Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of
water-power; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the fourteenth day of May, one thousand
nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres.
Being part Section 176.
Situated in Block XXII, Tokomairiro Survey District (Otago
R.D.). (S.O. 9419.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121073, deposited in the
office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of May, 1945.

A PROCLAMATION
In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I,
Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing
purposes; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the fourteenth day of May, one thousand nine
hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 roods 30 perches.
Being part Section 19 (Te Awa Mutu Stream-bed), Hutt District.
Situated in Block XIV, Belmont Survey District (City of
Lower Hutt). (S.O. 20890.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113897,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured blue, edged blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the
Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of May, 1945.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril
Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for Post
and Telegraph purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourteenth day
of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood
20·7 perches.
Being Lot 75, D.P. 16442, being part Allotment 256, Waikomiti
Parish.
Situated in Block III, Titirangi Survey District (Borough of
New Lynn) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 33473.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120971, de-
posited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of May,
1945.
