A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested
in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril
Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land:
6·01 perches.
Being part Lot 2, D.P. 8015, being part Subdivision C, Ngahauranga
Native Reserve, being part Section 9, Harbour District.
Situated in Block XII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 20915.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 114943, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon
coloured blue.
