The South-eastern Side of Portion of Road, in the County of Waimea, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 14th day of February, 1945
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Waimea County Council on the tenth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, viz.:
"The Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Waimea County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern side of portion of public road fronting subdivision of part Section 186 and part Section 184, Waimea East, Block VI, Waimea Survey District, and contained in the Certificate of Title, Volume 59, folio 84 and folio 88";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, adjoining part Sections 184 and 186, Waimea East, Block VI, Waimea Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120588, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

The South-eastern and North-western Sides of Portions of Roads in Block X, Waitapu Survey District, Takaka County, exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act, 1928, subject to a Condition as to the Building-lines

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 7th day of February, 1945
Present:
THE HON. W. NASH PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Takaka County Council on the twelfth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, the portions of roads affected by the resolution being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto, viz.:
"That the Takaka County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Takaka County, by resolution declares that the provision of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-eastern and north-western sides of portions of public roads fronting subdivision of part Section 27, Takaka District, Block X, Waitapu Survey District, and contained in the Certificate of Titles 66/23 and 42/92;"
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-eastern or north-western sides of the portions of roads (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-lines of the said portions of roads.
SCHEDULE
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the Nelson Land District, Takaka County, fronting Lot 3, D.P. 126, being part Section 27, District of Takaka, Block X, Waitapu Survey District, and also other part of the said Section 27.
Also the north-western side of all that portion of road situated in the said land district and county, fronting part Section 27, District of Takaka, Block X, Waitapu Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120724, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

SCHEDULE
THE eastern side of all that portion of road situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, known as Wairoa Gorge Road, adjoining subdivision of part Section 1, Waimea South, Block XIV, Waimea Survey District.
Also the western side of all that portion of road in the said land district and county adjoining subdivision of part Section 1, Waimea South, Block XIV, Waimea Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120589, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

THE RIGHT HON. P. FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Main Highways Board on the thirtieth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-five, viz.:
"The Main Highways Board, being the local authority having control of the Richmond–Collingwood Main Highway, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the south-western side of portion of the said highway fronting part Section 186, Waimea East";
subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the south-western side of portion of the Richmond–Collingwood Main Highway (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
SCHEDULE
THE south-western side of all that portion of the Richmond–Collingwood Main Highway situated in the Nelson Land District, County of Waimea, adjoining part Section 186, Waimea East, Block VI, Waimea Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120588, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
