Also all that area containing 171 acres, being a strip of land 5 chains wide, starting from a point on the southern shore of the island, the said point being about 25 chains in a south-easterly direction from the south-west corner thereof, and thence following along high-water mark in a generally north-westerly, northerly, and south-easterly direction till it reaches the area firstly described above.
Also all that area containing 130 acres, being a strip of land 5 chains wide, starting from a point on the southern shore of the island, the said point being about 14 chains in a north-westerly direction from the south-east corner thereof, and thence following along high-water mark in a generally south-easterly, north-easterly, and north-westerly direction till it reaches the area firstly described above.
Be all the aforesaid dimensions more or less. As the said portions are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/371, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also Section 4 (Birds Island), Waimea East District, Block II, Waimea Survey District: Area, 13 acres, more or less.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of December, 1944
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS by an Order in Council dated the thirty-first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, and published in the Gazette of the eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, the reservation for a site for a court-house and police purposes over a reserve in the Otago Land District was revoked in terms of subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928:
And whereas an error was made in the description of the land in the Schedule to the said Order in Council, and it is expedient that the error should be rectified:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby amend the said Order in Council by substituting the description of the land set forth in the Schedule hereto for the description of the land set forth in the Schedule to the said Order in Council.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for a site for a post-office over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land being vested in the Crown is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by subsection one (b) of section seven of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the reservation for ferry purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby declare that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act, 1924.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area in the Featherston County, containing admeasurement 24 acres 3 roods 9 perches, more or less, being portion of Section 9, Block IX, Haurangi Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Lot 26 on D.P. 1942, being part Section 65, Turanganui Block, towards the east by Lake Ferry Road and Lot 46 on D.P. 12843, being part Section 9, Block IX, Haurangi Survey District, towards the south by Lot 44 on D.P. 12843 aforesaid, and towards the west by the shore of Lake Onoke, as defined in a plan numbered 13336 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.
Also all that area containing 6 acres and 25.3 perches, more or less, being portion of Section 9, Block IX, Haurangi Survey District. Bounded towards the north by part Lot 11 on D.P. 1943, being part Section 65, Turanganui Block, towards the east and south by Lot 46 on D.P. 12843, being portion of Section 9, Block IX, Haurangi Survey District; and towards the west by Lake Ferry Road.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/9/670, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the thirty-fourth section of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Te Awamutu Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Te Awamutu Domain Board.

WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto have been duly set apart as reserves for municipal purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Greymouth:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section three of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Greymouth, in trust, for municipal purposes.
