SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, in the Coromandel County, bounded; commencing at a point on the foreshore of the Coromandel Harbour, being the production across a public road of the south-eastern boundary of Old Land Claim 32 (Wynyardton Township); thence running north-easterly generally along a right line across that road, and along the said south-east boundary of the said Old Land Claim to the northernmost corner of the Waiwhau Block; thence along the western boundary of that block to and up the Whangarahi Stream and along the northern boundary of Allotment 11, Kapanga Parish; thence in a southerly direction generally along the eastern and southern boundaries of that allotment and the western boundary of Section 33A, Village of Buffalo, and that boundary produced across a road, along the southern side of that road to and along the western boundary of Section 32 of the said village to its southernmost corner; thence by a right line from the said southernmost corner, across Section 3, Block VI, Coromandel Survey District, and part Karaka No. 1 Block to the north-eastern corner of Kahakaharoa No. 2 Block; thence along the north-east boundary of the said block and by a right line from its south-eastern corner to the intersection of the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 1, Kapanga Parish (Kapanga Township), with the Taumata-wahine Stream; thence along the aforesaid north-eastern boundary and part of the south-eastern boundary of the said Allotment 1 (Kapanga Township), the south side of a road (James Street), and part of the western side of Te Tiki Road and along the south-eastern boundary of Te Pora and north-eastern boundary of Tore Te Peka Blocks to the Karaka Stream; thence up that stream and the Pitoti (Aitkin) Stream to the north-western boundary of the Pukenaukuku Block, D.P. 26043; thence along the north-western boundary of the said block and the north-west and south-west boundaries of Section 6, being a subdivision of the aforesaid Pukenaukuku Block, Deeds Plan H 11, to a road or right-of-way; thence along the north-western and south-western side of the said road or right-of-way to the south-eastern corner of Section 1 of the aforesaid Pukenaukuku Block, as shown on the said Deeds Plan H 11, and along the south-eastern boundary of that section to its southern corner at the Huaroa Stream; thence by a right line from the said corner to the north-eastern corner of Lot 4, Deeds Plan 190, being part of Allotment 3, Kapanga Parish, along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 4, and along the eastern and southern boundaries of Lot 3 on the aforesaid Deeds Plan 190, and along a right line, being the production southward of the western boundary of the said Lot 3; to Emslie Road; thence westerly generally along the north side of that road to and across Tiki Road, along the western side of that road and along the southern side of Stapleton Road to the north-eastern side of Ponsonby Road; thence in a northerly direction generally along the north-eastern side of that road, the north-eastern side of Kingston Road, to and across the Huaroa Road, and along its north-western side to the western boundary of part Ngorongoro Block, D.P. 1372; thence along the aforesaid western boundary and the southern boundary of Pukekorahi Block to the Huaroa Creek; thence down that creek and along the foreshore of the Coromandel Harbour to the place or commencement.

Consenting to the Raising of a Loan of £500 by the Green Island Borough Council and prescribing the Conditions thereof

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 13th day of December, 1944

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the Green Island Borough Council (hereinafter called "the said local authority") proposes, pursuant to the terms of a requisition issued under section twenty-two of the Health Act, 1920, to raise the sum of five hundred pounds (£500) by a loan to be known as "Drainage and Sewerage Loan, 1944" (hereinafter called "the said loan"), for the purpose of completing drainage and sewerage works in the borough:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eleven of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926, as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby consent to the raising in New Zealand by the said local authority of the said loan for the said purpose up to the amount of five hundred pounds (£500), and in giving such consent doth hereby determine as follows:—
(1) The term for which the said loan or any part thereof may be raised shall not exceed ten (10) years.
(2) The rate of interest that may be paid in respect of the said loan or any part thereof shall be such as shall not produce to the lender or lenders a rate exceeding three pounds ten shillings (£3 10s.) per centum per annum.
(3) The said loan shall be repaid by equal annual instalments of principal of not less than fifty pounds (£50), each extending over the term as determined in (1) above.
(4) The payment of such instalments and the payment of interest shall be made in New Zealand, and no instalment or interest shall be paid out of loan-moneys.
(5) The rate payable for brokerage, underwriting, and procuration fees in respect of the raising of the said loan or any part thereof shall not in the aggregate exceed one-half per centum of any amount raised.
(6) No moneys shall be borrowed under this consent after the expiration of two years from the date hereof.

Consenting to the Advancing by the Waimairi County Council of the Sum of One Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty Pounds (£1,250) out of its General Account and prescribing the Conditions thereof

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the Waimairi County Council (hereinafter called "the said local authority") proposes to purchase land as an extension to Fendalton Park for the benefit of a defined portion of its district known as Fendalton Park Special Area in the Fendalton and Wairarapa Ridings of the Waimairi County:
And whereas the said local authority, being desirous, in lieu of raising the moneys by special loan for such purchase, of advancing the sum required therefor—namely, one thousand two hundred and fifty pounds (£1,250) (hereinafter called "the said sum")—out of its General Account, pursuant to section forty-five of the Finance Act, 1933 (No. 2), has complied with the provisions of the Local Government Loans Board Act, 1926 (hereinafter called "the said Act"), and it is expedient that the precedent consent of the Governor-General in Council, as required by the said Act, should be given to the advancing of the said sum:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section eleven of the said Act, as set out in section twenty-nine of the Finance Act, 1932 (No. 2), and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, doth hereby consent to the advancing by the said local authority out of its General Account, pursuant to the provisions of section forty-five of the Finance Act, 1933 (No. 2), for the particular benefit of the said Fendalton Park Special Area, of the said sum or any part thereof, and in giving consent doth hereby determine that the moneys so advanced, together with interest thereon at such rate not exceeding three pounds ten shillings (£3 10s.) per centum per annum as the said local authority shall from time to time determine, shall be recouped to the General Account by equal annual instalments extending over a period not exceeding ten (10) years.

Directing Application of Moneys received in respect of the Appleby Bridge Domain, Nelson Land District, for the Purposes of the Rabbit Island Domain

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by section sixty-one of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928; His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby direct that from the moneys received in respect of the Appleby Bridge Domain described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said Domain, a sum not exceeding thirty pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Rabbit Island Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPLEBY BRIDGE DOMAIN.—NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 113 acres, more or less, being Section No. 2, Block II, Waimea Survey District: Bounded towards the east by the Waimea River; towards the south-east by an overflow of the said river; and towards the west and north-west by a public road forming the eastern boundary of Sections Nos. 52, 10, and 8 of the Waimea West Original District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 55720, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
SECOND SCHEDULE
RABBIT ISLAND DOMAIN.—NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 365 acres, more or less, and being the following four parts of Rabbit Island, in Block II, Waimea Survey District:—
All that area containing 22 acres 2 roods, bounded towards the south-west by a line 15 chains long and 15 chains distant from, and parallel to high-water mark, the centre of the said line being the centre of the track which crosses the island in a north-easterly direction from a point opposite to the north-east corner of Rough Island; towards the north-west by a line at right angles to the south-west boundary, and 750 links from the centre thereof; towards the north-east by high-water mark; and towards the south-east by a line 15 chains distant from and parallel to the south-west boundary.
Also all that area containing 41 acres 2 roods, of land lying 250 links on each side of the centre of the mentioned track: Bounded towards the southern end by high-water mark, and towards the northern end by the portion of the island firstly described above.
