HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for plantation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taieri:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section nine of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act, 1928, doth hereby declare that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taieri, in trust, for plantation purposes.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the twentieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, viz.:—

"That the Dunedin City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Dunedin, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the northern side of the portion of Norwood Street adjoining Lots 21, 23, and 25, D.P. 83, Township of Normanby, being parts Sections 41, 42, and 407R, North-east Valley District, such land being comprised and described in Certificate of Title 46/169";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the northern side of the portion of Norwood Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

THE northern side of all that portion of street situate in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Norwood Street, fronting Lots 21, 23, and 25, D.P. 83, Township of Normanby, being parts Sections 41, 42, and 407R, North-east Valley District. "The Waimea County Council, being the local authority having control of the roads in the Waimea County, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1928, shall not apply to the north-eastern side of portion of Champion Road fronting subdivision of part of Section 78, Waimea East, Block VII, Waimea Survey District, and contained in the Certificate of Title, Volume 57, folio 219";

subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Champion Road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-five feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.
