Leasehold Estate or Interest in Land taken for Road in Block IX, Whakatane Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from His Majesty the King by Hubert Clyde McCready, of Whakatane, Farmer, under and by virtue of Lease in Perpetuity Number 710, is hereby taken for road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate or interest is taken: 17·4 perches.
Being part Section 1 (Opouriao Settlement).

Situated in Block IX, Whakatane Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 32082.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 117577, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of November, 1944.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 120313, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of November, 1944.
