In the notice of appointment of members of certain Rabbit Boards published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 86 of 2nd November, 1944, at page 1308, for “Frank Oliver Price,” read “Frank Glover Price.”

Crown Land set apart for Housing Purposes in the Borough of Ashburton

A PROCLAMATION
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods 3·2 perches.
Being Lots 25 and 26, D.P. 469, being part Rural Section 10092.
Situated in the Borough of Ashburton (Canterbury R.D.).
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 113086, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of November, 1944.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road;
and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 15th day of November, 1944.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1928, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Cyril Louis Norton Newall, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act, 1924.
