EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding copy of memorandum of lease, registered as Vol. 688, folio 190, of the Register-book (Auckland Registry), for Section 30, Block LXIV, Town of Rotorua, whereof His Majesty the King is the lessor and KOHIMOKA WIRORI, of Rotorua, an Aboriginal Native, is the lessee, having been lodged with me together with an application to issue a provisional copy in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional memorandum of lease after fourteen days from 26th October, 1944.
