Every retailer who offers or exposes for sale in any shop any goods to which this Order applies shall attach to each of such goods a ticket, placard, or label on which shall be stated in legible and prominent characters the manufacturer’s name, the trade number, and the retail price of the goods.

PURSUANT to the Law Practitioners Amendment Act, 1935, notice is hereby given that the Disciplinary Committee of the New Zealand Law Society on the 13th day of October, 1944, ordered that the name of Thomas Henry Wood be restored to the Rolls of Barristers and Solicitors of the Supreme Court of New Zealand.
